Chef et g\u00e9rant du restaurant \u00e9toil\u00e9 Ressources et du restaurant Vivants, il a fait ses armes dans des maisons de renom avant d\u2019ouvrir son propre restaurant \u00e0 Bordeaux en 2014. Son exigence de qualit\u00e9, son soucis de pr\u00e9cision et de gourmandise lui ont valu de d\u00e9crocher une \u00e9toile au Guide Michelin en 2022.
Tanguy est \u00e9galement anim\u00e9 par l\u2019envie de transmettre tant son exp\u00e9rience de gestion de soi dans des moments de stress important, mais \u00e9galement dans la gestion d\u2019une \u00e9quipe sous pression. Engag\u00e9 dans des questions d\u2019actualit\u00e9 sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation et la nutrition, sa rencontre avec Gr\u00e9gory GOUYET aura permis la cr\u00e9ation du Projet Insight alliant un fondement th\u00e9orique fort \u00e0 une d\u00e9monstration empirique op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Psychologue du travail et des organisations de formation initiale, d\u00e9tenteur d\u2019une double habilitation IPRP technique et organisationnelle sp\u00e9cialiste des questions de sant\u00e9 et sant\u00e9 au travail, il exerce son activit\u00e9 de consultant et formateur dans les trois fonctions publiques au national ainsi qu\u2019en entreprise.
A la suite d\u2019une reconversion partielle en cuisine et un passage par l\u2019\u00e9cole FERRANDI Paris, il pratique aujourd\u2019hui une double activit\u00e9 de psychologue et cuisinier embarqu\u00e9 pour la marine marchande.
Ses activit\u00e9s de recherche au sein du Projet Insight, accompagn\u00e9 par le chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 Tanguy Laviale, tendent \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation et la mod\u00e9lisation th\u00e9orique du concept d\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 culinaire.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
